This past weekend went by pretty fast; I hardly had any time to prepare for NYCC this upcoming week! I've been running around like a mad woman, tying up loose ends and such. You know, a warm jacket, gloves, the whole works. I'm a bit intimidated by the cold, so I'm preparing for the worst.
I'm going to be staying with my friend Emily (who lives there) and going down Thursday night, coming back on Sunday. We also plan to visit a couple of museums, see one of her friends perform at a comedy club, go shopping, and eat some delicious food. I'll be attending the con all day Friday and until about 2 or 3 on Saturday. I went ahead and bought a weekend pass just in case though ;) What SUCKS is that my flight leaves on Sunday during the exact time Joss Whedon is doing his panel and signing :( I wanted to cry a little when I found that out. Maybe I'll get lucky and happen to pass by him or catch him sometime before that. Fingers crossed. Tonight I'll be making the schedule and priority list so that I don't get too overwhelmed. (I'm a list maker).
Heroes premiered last night and I loved it. It gave me hope that the show is going to be really great again. I've been waiting for a team up (I think we all have) and it's finally going to happen! Noah pisses me off though, even though I secretly can't help but think he's a BADASS. And kinda sexy. Oh and when did Nathan get the scar on his chin?
