Zombie Pic Thursday:

Yesterday I nearly pissed myself after reading a small article in Missbehave magazine. Seriously. The first line was, wanna ruin your day? Then how about you take a bite into a delicious muffin and then realize its full of those rodent shits we call raisins. (Or something to that effect). So funny. I'm still laughing about it. I hate raisins! So I understand.

Lately I've been working alot and yesterday I began organizing my dvds into sections (zombie, action, drama, vampire, director, etc) It's fun! Yes I'm a dork, but I live for that kind of organization. Too bad I can't incorpate that into other parts of my life!
Oh, I also decided I'm going to start working out. I looked at the gym yesterday, so that's a start!
Anyways...
Upcoming movie updates I'm interested in:
The Dark Knight.
Three magical words. If you're like me and can't absolutely effing wait, then I highly suggest downloading this oh so adorable mini widget: The Dark Knight Countdown. Squeal! It's very very hard not to read all the juicy spoilers and give-mes that sites and magazines and even entertainment tonight have to offer. It is VERY hard...but I hold out, barely skimming it, so as to be the best surprised. Because I want to be surprised. And yes, I do know what will probably happen, who will probably die, because I've read Frank Miller's version...but I'm still holding out. But anyways, if you're interested, Rolling Stone wrote quite an exciting review here. 3 1/2 stars!! And applause all around! But, of course!- World War Z. Not many updates here, they are being incredibly hush hush where this is concerned. Which I think is a GOOD thing...because, it really might just be the BEST zombie movie ever. The new slated release date is for 2010. There were a ton of rumours going around awhile back about the script being released, with J. Michael Straczinski pleading fans not to obtain it, "...If all you want is to talk about the script, then great…but if you want to see Max Brooks’ novel brought to film, brought to life, and maybe make one of the best zombie movies in a long time, can we declare a moratorium on both analyses and passing around my script (which people shouldn’t have in any event) until AFTER the film gets made?". All I can say is WOW, and go JMS! That's the way to do it! Other rumours: Brad Pitt possibly starring as the interviewer, it being made in a documentary-format (Diary of the Dead anyone?), and that Alphonso Cuaron (Children of Men) might direct it. High hopes!
Black Sheep.
Think zombies...and sheep. Zombie sheep. Sheep zombies. What else can I say?! I will see this movie.Cloverfield 2
. This is also pretty tight-lipped and the existence of it is even shoved under the bus by some. Yet, watch this interview where director Matt Reeves openly talks about the sequel's possibility, and his other new film, the Invisible Woman, a "Hitchcockian thriller".War of Gods.
They have landed director Tarsem Singh ("The Fall," "The Cell") on for this 300-like movie. Watch the interview here. Also watch for cute little tidbits about the new 300/blu-ray type prequel film!August.
I am VERY excited about this film because it stars two people that I really love: David Bowie and Josh Hartnett. Emphasize the David Bowie a little more. The story consists of two brothers, "Tom and Joshua Sterling (Hartnett and Scott) whose Internet start-up, Landshark, is as hot as a New York City summer – only this is the summer of 2001, their company is in lock up, its stock price is plunging and, in a few weeks, the world will change forever. " Check out the scene clip here.
And that wraps up the mini movie update for this week! Whew! That's very hard to do while supposedly working. Talk about sneaky mcsneakerton! Dun dun dun.
